On behalf of my child client, I filed a Motion to have counsel appointed for the Child's indigent Guardian, which was denied in the Probate & Family Court. I then filed an interlocutory appeal, which ... was granted by the Appeals Court, but was then taken up on Direct Appellate Review by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. The SJC decided the case on April 13, 2017.
