OUTCOME: Against my client

This is the case I argued before the US Supreme Court. The issue was whether the right to convert a chapter 7 bankruptcy case to chapter 13 is absolute. Although 5 of the justices voted against my po ... sition, the fact that 4 voted for me is regarded as an exceptionally good result on difficult facts.
