The client was involved in an accident in which she was the passenger. She began treatment for whiplash and back pain with a Chiropractor, but was not recovering. Michael D. Facchini recommended that t ... he client undergo an MRI, and it was discovered that she had a herniated disc. The client had to undergo surgery on her back as a result of the accident. After sending a settlement demand request to the insurance company, they refused to accept the herniated disc injury and offered a low settlement of $2K, which we rejected, followed by an offer of $5K, which was also rejected. Attorney Michael D. Facchini filed a lawsuit. The parties went through the process of Discovery involved in a lawsuit and after the Client was questioned in a deposition and gave her testimony, the case re-entered settlement discussions where a final agreement of $55K was reached.
