On July 1, 2005 ... , a San Antonio, Texas jury awarded $7.4 million in actual damages in a wrongful death lawsuit against the health maintenance organization Humana Health Plan of Texas Inc., a physician, and his physicians group under contract to provide health care services, according to the Powell Law Firm, which represented the plaintiffs in the case.
