After being replaced as trustee of a trust, a former trustee made payments of trust funds to himself and his then attorney, based on advice rendered by his then attorney. After the payments were challe ... nged as contempt of court, the former trustee returned the funds. His attorney did not return all the funds and appealed various contempt orders and associated judgments entered by the trial court. Most of the appeals were not timely and were dismissed.
