OUTCOME: Petition was approved and Ms. Reidy was approved for MassHealth.

Ms. Reidy was an incompetent woman who was entering the nursing home. She had a special needs granddaughter. I petitioned the court to allow Ms. Reidy to transfer her assets to a special needs trust ... for her granddaughter as an allowable spend down in order to qualify for Medicaid.
