Kelly Christine O'Connor

Kelly O’Connor is an experienced workers’ compensation attorney who regularly appears before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board on behalf of her clients, who she defends in a wide range of claims. Kelly has extensive experience questioning witnesses, taking depositions, drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and more. She has also researched, written, and submitted legal briefs to the Third and Fourth Appellate Divisions.

During law school at Syracuse University College of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2006 and was President of its Student to Student Mentor Program, Kelly held an internship with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as its head law clerk. She prepared for and argued preliminary hearings and researched and submitted legal briefs on criminal cases.
