Biography
Aaron Schiffrik represents clients in all stages of litigation in a range of legal matters, including motor vehicle accidents, legal and medical malpractice, premises liability, municipal liability, and more. For clients in the construction industry, he handles design defect claims as well as construction and labor law matters. His experience also includes handling workers’ compensation cases before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board.
Aaron earned his J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and regularly made the Dean’s List. As a law clerk, Aaron evaluated key legal issues and prepared memorandum that was submitted to the American Arbitration Association on an issue involving interpretation of insurance law in New York State. He was also a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Team.
