Absolute pleasure to work with. I had the same issue with my ex-wife as the previous review except it was my son. Bogus cell phone numbers, text supposively from my son, sent cards and messages with no response. Ex-wife pretty much poisoned my son against me and unaware he emancipated himself from me.... We won the case but it was bittersweet, I hope one day my son will will learn the truth and want to have a father son relationship with me. Beth was a god send, she knows her stuff and follows through, does not let anyone step on her toes or her clients. We should have many more Attorneys like her representing "The Good Guys"!!

I needed an attorney that knew all aspects of child support in New York and what it would take to terminate my child support because my daughter was poisoned by my ex-wife and refused to have a relationship with me. I lost my daughter because of my ex-wife and my ex-wife took pleasure in knowing she... destroyed what was a super close relationship to I'm calling the cops if you ever try to contact me again. Well, we went to court and my daughter was encouraged to put on a show by my ex-wife and her man hating attorney that when the decision was in my favor no more support to support the ex-wife who destroyed my relationship with my daughter Iwas happy but at the same time saddened by what my ex-wife did to my daughter.
