After working with 3 different attorneys over the last 4 years through my divorce, custody and shared parenting time, Tina Bennet has provided the best and strongest offense and defense for my case. I WISH I HAD HER FROM THE START. She works above and beyond the typical, fighting against the unfair... and unequal system, which fathers tend to have to settle for, in an antiquated family court system which still favors the mother, and not treated as equal. Others just handled my case as “this is what always happens, so don’t bother trying” even though they talked big in the office. My only complaint of any attorney is not getting back to me when I’m worried about something, usually since nothing can be done yet and just emotions, so why waste money. But… anytime I had something concrete and pressing, she was very responsive, and remembers my case from a year or more ago. I highly recommend her and her office above the others I’ve had and the 6+ attorneys I have interviewed over the years.

Appeared to not have the time or interest in the matter as I was seeking. Felt that she viewed custody matters as a whole instead of on an Individual basis . Was looking for a more compassionate person who took the time to answer phone calls personally and to guide through this unexpected time in my... life. She appeared very knowledgeable but alittle too concerned with every minute of her time to be paid for. Appears to have an aversion in returning texts and calls.

In the beginning I thought she was great and gungho. After payment things slowed down, emails not answered, questions not explained and just not what I had expected.
