Disorganized firm

I retained Mr. Cote's partner, JoAnne Van Dyke on August 5, 2011. I fully expected to be well represented at my upcoming trial. I had recently obtained a 4th Department Decision in my favor. Mr. Joseph Cote' is a trial attorney of exceptional skill. His oratory style surpasses most trial attorneys.... However I would urge him to review Rule 5.1 Responsibilities of Law Firm Partners, Managers and Supervisory lawyers under New York State Unified Court System, Part 1200, Rules of Professional Conduct in effect since April 1, 2009.

Unsatisfied

I went to Mr Cote for a malpractice lawsuit. He took all the information. Communication was none. I had another attorney contact him on my behalf. He told her I didn't give him any money to hire an outside Dr to review the case. He NEVER asked so 2 1/2 yrs later nothing. And now time has run out as m...y husband will be gone 3 yrs this July. I have requested the return of records WE gave him returned and nothing. I sent 2 certified letters asking for their return, nothing.
