Tom was part of a legal team that successfully brought suit against a former employer who failed to live up to the terms of my employment contract. It was a difficult case, as the employer was apparently determined to use delaying tactics and numerous other somewhat questionable strategies to avoid t...rial or settlement. The case was tried in both state and Federal courts. Ultimately it took nearly four years to bring the case to a satisfactory closure. Throughout the legal journey, Tom was steadfast and determined. Despite somewhat desperate maneuvers on the part of the former employer, ultimately the case was settled very much to my satisfaction.
