Attorney, Immigration process

Mr. Rivera came highly recommended to us and proved himself every step of the process. We hired Mr. Rivera to assist in the immigration process of obtaining permanent residency for my Canadian husband. The process itself was very intimidating. However, Mr. Rivera made the experience feel as smooth as... possible. Ramon explained each step along the way, updated us regarding progress, and addressed questions and concerns nearly immediately. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and personable. My husband and I would retain his services for all legal matters if we could!

Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Could not ask for a more patient, knowledgeable and understanding lawyer. He guided us through everything and helped ease the stress experienced during this time.

Very experienced and patient laywer!

I had some concerns over my H1B work visa status and paid the 15-minute consultation with Ramon. He spent 10 minutes to answer my questions and also offered to do more research for me on possible options. Then we spoke again the next day and he explained in greater detail about the possible options. ... Ramon is very patient and very experienced on immigration related topics. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for solid answers to immigration concerns. Thank you Ramon!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
