I unfortunately got 2 tickets at 2 different counties in the upper NY state after my flight was cancelled due to snow storm in the Winter. I was driving back home from Buffalo on snowy day. I was driving behind a big truck and all on a sudden chunk of snow fell from the roof of the truck and I was scared.
