Mr. Killmartin is far from a good attorney because he does not manage his time well, he is too busy running for every office in the political world to do his other jobs. While runnig for offices' is respectable, it would be more respectable if he was able to stay ontop of his other duties as well whi...le running. however he pushes his clients aside to make his own life better. he holds grudges and punishes people for his mistakes. morally he is not a good man or attorney, and not a respectable person. "only eat what you can digest" meaning... Stop taking on more than you can handle. Also lieing is a sin. a liar is one of the lowest forms a man can be, and this is mr. Killmartin. He was my attorney and after he was fully retained, he stopped answering phone calls, was un prepared in court and in the end we lost the case because of his professional misconduct. and professional neglet. i since have hired a new attorney and appealed the courts decision and without much work at all my new attorney was able to win the case. this shows how neglectful he is, if he would have done hos job he also would have helped me win.
