This law firm, if you can even call them that has absolutely no integrity. These are NOT people you should entrust with your legal representation. Trust worthiness and integrity are everything in this realm and they lack both. There are many other options in central New York, go with one of those...a...ny of those. I literally only was contacted twice over the span of 8 months!!! Every single time they said they'd get back to me in a couple weeks, I'd have to call them after 3 or 4 weeks only to get usually get ignored. It literally got to be so odd that it seemed like they were running down the clock on my statute of limitations. It really did...I really couldn't understand how someone would have that little integrity and communicate that little in an important situation like that, especially when they knew my statute was running down already. It got to be so sketchy that the only thing I can fathom is that there must be some angle where they knew the surgeon or were affiliated with the defendant some other way and were trying to intentionally mess my case up. This law firm as an absolute joke. The odd lack of communication got so bad that I finally called Mike Porter... I left a thorough message explaining to him what was going on politely and sure enough he couldn't even handle a simple task of a couple minute return phone call! I know that things happen and people get busy but I'll tell you what to only hear from them twice in the better part of eight months is absolutely despicable. I see a pattern here and it's def not a good one. There are a lot of other options out there and lawyers that will treat you with respect and dignity. I'd go on, but it really seems most of it has already been said. I'm not sure about the other partners here, but as they say... birds of a feather, and there are a lot of other horrible reviews out there. These are not the type of people you want to be putting your trust in AND representing you in important matters...the most important matters of your life!
