While I do represent clients at the trial court level from time to time, it is rare since I have chosen to limit my practice to representing clients almost exclusively in their appeals to New York State appellate courts. Being familiar with appellate practice, primarily in the Third and Fourth Departments, I represent clients in civil (including matrimonial/divorce matters), family court and criminal appeals.
