Daniel Paul Laraby

Dan has over a decade of experience devoted entirely to the litigation of medical malpractice actions. He received his B.A. in Philosophy Summa Cum Laude from Syracuse University at Utica College in 2006, and his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2010. While at Syracuse, Dan was an Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and a member of several scholastic organizations including the Order of the Coif and the Justinian Honor Society.

Prior to law school Dan served in the United States Marine Corps where he achieved the rank of Sergeant and served with the 1st Marine Division in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was decorated for meritorious achievement in connection with 55 combat operations in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

Dan has been admitted to practice in New York State and the Northern District of the United States District Court. Dan is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
