I am a trained divorce mediator and experienced attorney who works  primarily with clients who choose to seek resolution of their divorce and family law matters outside of the court room through divorce mediation and collaborative law.  In addition to his mediation practice, Tom has practiced matrimonial and family law, real estate law and elder law in the Finger Lakes for more than ten (10) years and is the owner of Law Office of Thomas W. Seeley, PC.

Tom encourages clients to integrate mindfulness meditation and holistic practices into their daily lives to help couples manage the emotional trauma of divorce so that they can more easily develop mutual understanding and emerge from this emotionally challenging time unmarried, unattached and with as little emotional baggage as possible.
