I had to retain another attorney even though I paid for the work since he did not complete any of the 3 things I retained him for. Do not w...aste your time or money.

Our family retained this attorney, as he was our disceased family members attorney. He continually gave inaccurate information to the family in more than one area. He caused needless delays and caused prospective buyers of our property the loss of a good secured rate by his neglecting to manage mat...ters in a timely fashion. Denies recieving e mails from the family administrator, yet did send a cursory bill, as requested in an email. He gave incorrect information to one of the owners of the property, when the family member tried to obtain some so called missing data. It is 6 weeks after closing and family has not been made aware of where the funds are in escrow. A new attorney has been hired and the first attorney has not surrendered all the materials as instructed to the new attorney.
