Probate of Estate for Real Estate Closing

clients had scheduled closing for sale of house. Shortly before the closing, clients discovered that a small portion of their title to the home was never transferred to them, and was still in grandmot ... her's name. Grandmother was deceased and there was never any probate filed for her estate, and she left no Will. Quick probate was necessary to get administrator appointed for grandmother's estate, as well as getting License to Sell Real Estate from Probate Court.
