Michelle A. Rudderow

Michelle Rudderow is a trial attorney representing plaintiffs, only, in personal injury actions including product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, and other areas.  Ms. Rudderow has been recognized throughout New York State and nationally for her litigation and trial skills by "Super Lawyers," "America's Top 100 Attorneys," "Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum," and other organizations.  

Ms. Rudderow has successfully litigated against numerous Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies on behalf of her injured clients with a number of these outcomes being recognized by jury verdict reporters and media outlets.  Ms. Rudderow's approach to every single case is very client-centric.  Ms. Rudderow appreciates that each client, and their case, is unique.  Therefore a unique approach for each case is  required.  

Ms. Rudderow is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 2004) and Boston University (B.A., B.A., 2000) where she captained her Division I lacrosse team.  She is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New york.  Ms. Rudderow serves on the Executive Committee for the New York State Bar Association's General Practice Section as a District Representative, is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Academy and the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame, and is an Auxiliary Member of the American Legion.
