Adam J. Schultz

Mr. Schultz has been representing our company for the past five years in very difficult and contentious permitting/zoning actions (I am in-house counsel to the client). We have faced not only organized local opposition, but also agency opposition that is driven by political considerations rather tha...n by its regulatory obligations as a permitting agency. Mr. Schultz's involvement and handling of the actions can be described as thoroughly and professionally well prepared and diligently prosecuted. His years of experience in environmental and land use law is readily apparent in both the handling of litigation as well as in developing appropriate and effective strategies. We have dealt with many outside counsel over the years and none have surpassed Mr. Schultz in satisfaction. Professionally, it has been very enjoyable working with him.

Client Review - Dave Hamling

Adam has served as our corporate and environmental counsel for many years. He has also provided excellent service and advice as my personal lawyer. He is a gifted attorney and clearly understands his areas of expertise. At the same time, he does not try to be the end-all and be-all of lawyering an...d will recommend seeking outside counsel when appropriate.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
