This action arises from, St. Frederikslund Holding A/S wrongful conduct and unlawful business practices with respect to its relationship with Sovereign Projects Corporation Ltd., a controlled affiliate ... of the South African Red Cross Air Mercy Service Trust. Specifically, St. Frederikslund acting through its representative, Jens Skjold Kristiansen and others, made material misrepresentations to Sovereign Projects which were designed to disrupt Sovereign Projects critical mission of providing assistance and support to the South African Red Cross’ aero-medical, rescue and healthcare support network, damage its good will and reputation in the community, all with the goal of furthering St. Frederikslund’s own financial interests.
