Defendant appealed a number of issues, Fourth Distri ... ct Court of Appeal affirmed all issues raised but wrote to address her claim the trial court erred in denying her motion to redact portions of her taped grand jury testimony before it was played for the jury. The Fourth District found that based on the evidence, trial court did not err in failing to redact those portions.
