My primary complaint with Allan in the past was his not getting things done in a timely manner. However, in part, I believe that may be a result of his genuine desire to help people. He charges exactly half of what his many lesser well-educated peers do. So a lot of clients flock to him and he someti...mes spreads his time resources too thin. If he charged double what he charges now, like the rest of his peers, he can cut his hours in half and earn the same income. He's good enough that he'll get a steady stream of paying clients and he'll have more time to better serve those clients while allowing some free time for himself to decompress and recuperate. In the end, he got the job done for me. The work he did was good, and the court never would have held the tardy filing against me personally; Allan took responsibility for it within the motion he filed. He got the case dismissed and has proven to me that he has a better understanding and knowledge of the law and principles of the law as they are created and reinforced through caselaw than his peers do. So for those reasons, I am revising this post and have rehired Allan for current and future legal endeavors. I also highly recommend his services.

Alan had handled my gf divorce proceedings after a horrible experience with another plattsburgh attorney. He was very caring and took time to listen to her and make sure her wishes were heard. He was able to resolve the divorce exactly the way everyone wanted and it cost a fraction of what others ...charged her.
