I represented the Husband and the spouses agreed to the collaborative process for their divorce. Through the collaborative process, the parties successfully negotiated a settlement that was custom-tailored for their family. They accomplished this through a series of team meetings held over a five month period to conclusion. This would never happen if litigated in court! They got along so well during the process, they even drove to the meetings together.
