I hired this atty, through a recommendation, to handle my divorce. Rosenthal Was a poor choice!! He lacked every aspect of a professional attorney, had absolutely no knowledge of how to handle the case against an aggressive opponent, and admitted he had no court experience…as we sat in Supreme Court... to try the case!! He was dishonest in how he handled my case, relative to costs, charging me X2’s for the same work sometimes and when I brought it to his attention, he said he was giving me a “credit for part of his work”! I’ve filed a complaint with the NYS Bar Association!
