Biography
Jeffrey R. Meyer is founding partner with the law firm of Meyer & Fuller, PLLC, having an office in Lake George, New York.
Jeff specializes in land use, environmental, real estate and municipal law. He serves as planning board attorney for the Towns of Hartford, Fort Ann and Kingsbury; as well as advising various Town Boards on land use issues within the municipality.
In addition to the municipal work, Jeff also represents private individuals. In doing so he advises clients on a host of land use and environmental issues ranging from State Environmental Quality Review, stormwater compliance, planning and zoning applications, contaminated real property Adirondack Park Agency and Lake George Park Commission matters. He routinely handles applicants, as well as opposition work, where a property owner stands to be aggrieved by a proposed development plan.
Jeff has diverse background in environmental law and policy. In addition to his law degree, he earned a Masters of Studies in Environmental Laws from Vermont Law School. This degree served to complement the scientific framework he obtained from earning a degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Hampshire.
Jeff currently resides in Wilton, New York with his wife and three children.
