The Third District Court of Appeals agreed with the Father's request and ordered the Mother to be psychologically evaluated. Ultimately, the Father was granted sole parental responsibility and 100% timesharing.

Silverio filed a motion to adjudicate charging lien against us, and we filed a seeking attorney's fees pursuant to section 57.105(1), Florida Statutes (2015). Because Silverio's claim was not supported by the material facts necessary to establish its claim and was not supported by the application of the then-existing law to the material facts, the appellate court reversed the trial court's order denying our section 57.105 motion and remanded to the trial court to determine our fees.
