I represented homeowners association in complex class action litigation against owner of home park for violation of specific covenants related to use and enjoyment of the park. After a 3 week trial, t ... he trial court ruled overwhelmingly on behalf of the residents of the park. The case wound its way through the Appellate and Supreme Court of Florida with affirmations from both higher courts. The case resulted in new law and continues almost 20 years later to be heavily cited, 740 So.2d 73 (1999)
