The Appellate Court revers ... e, agreeing with the Former Husband that the Trial Court applied the incorrect standard in assessing whether to allow the Former Wife to Relocate. Furthermore, the Appellate Court's decision agreed with the Former Husband's position that the best interests of the child were not applied, thereby committing irreversible error. The Appellate Court reversed the portion of the Final Judgment allowing the Relocation and Remanded to Trial.
