injured worker waits a year to be evaluated

I represented an injured worker who soon a day after being injured and suffering a chest injury and concussion was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis. He was recommended to see an orthopedi ... st and neurologist. After a one year legal battle and trial, his employer and their insurance carrier paid for his contested hospital admission and provided the recommended evaluations with the orthopedist and neurologist (as well as lost wages). I hope this teaches them not to deny obviously due benefits in the future.
