Supreme Court of Florida decision involving a human resources consultant for the employer who was injured in a motor vehicle accident after leaving corporate office in Tampa (where she attended a regio ... nal meeting) while driving back to Orlando, where she lived. Accident occurred late on a Friday afternoon. Employee was also transporting a job fair booth and other employment materials needed for a job fair taking place in Orlando on the following Monday. The employee had no fixed hours of employment. Lower Court found accident was not compensable.
