OUTCOME: After 2 ½ years of litigation & a 2-week trial in October 2013, the jury determined Mr. McGarry to be 85% liable for his own injuries & the collective defendants 15% liable for the incident, resulting in an award of $750,000.00 to Peter McGarry.

Martin, and as a result of the death of Rudolph Martin, Jr., following a shooting that took place during a home-invasion at the Commons on Anniston, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Jones sustained severe permanent injuries after suffering a shotgun blast to her lower body.
