My firm took over a finalized divorce case wherein my client was required to pay considerable alimony and child support to his ex-spouse. I appealed the trial court's decision to the Fourth District Co ... urt of Appeal and got the trial court decision overturned on appeal. After the victorious appeal, I was able to get a settlement for the client wherein he was required to make only a minimal lump-sum alimony payment and his child support amount was substantially lowered.
