Deborah requested an accommodation in October 2011 because Sabal Palm has a no-pets policy.

Mrs. Hendrix was admitted to Central Park Lodges after a minor stroke so she could rehab for her speach and ambulation due to the stroke. The hospital records that came with her upon admission to the n ... ursing home indicated that she was a "type II diabetic". Notwithstanding her condition the nursing home administered all of her meds by mixing them in ice cream causing her to go into a diabetic coma. The case was settled at mediation before trial for a significant sum of money to the family. Due to confidentiality agreements with the Nursing Home the dollar amount of the settlement cannot be disclosed.

Mrs. Askenazy was an elderly front seat passenger in a car that was rear ended while stopped at a red light. The impact was so severe that the driver was killed. The defense tried to argue that Mrs. As ... kenazy's injuries could have been prevented had she worn her seatbelt. The Accident Reconstruction expert hired by Mr. Milgrim testified that had Mrs. Askenazy been wearing her seatbelt she would have been killed due to the force of the rear end collision causing the seatbelt to fatally injure her internal organs. The case was settled before trial for a significant amount that cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreements with the defendants.

The decedant, an elderly woman, was a passenger driving with her husband when they were struck while attempting to make a left turn across University Drive. Although they were cited for improper left t ... urn, Mr. Milgrim was able to discover that the other driver had a history of being late to work and faced consequences at his job if he was late again. By piecing together the times and events Mr. Milgrim was able to get the driver to admit that he was late for work and was speeding. The case was settled for a significant amount that cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality agreements with the Defendants.
