This matter involved allegations by 14 plaintiffs that they had been injured as a result of exposure to toxins during construction of the Tropicana Arena in St. Petersburg, FL. The plaintiffs, most of ... whom were confined to wheelchairs, were seeking $54,000,000 from my client, the gerneral contractor who constructed the stadium. After a 3 month jury trial the verdict was for the Defendants.
