OUTCOME: The Court awarded the "depleted" funds to the party who took them, and awarded the other party equal value from the remaining substantial assets.

During several years prior to the divorce proceeding, one party used substantial marital funds without knowledge of the other party. Subsequently, the depleted funds were identified at the trial.
