This was a trucking accident case where my client was hit head on by a truck that crossed a median. My client was terribly injured and permanently disabled. The case required a Special Needs trust to ... protect the client's health insurance benefits and other aid. I have included this case because there was a substantial settlement, it was complex and I have continued to assist the client ever since. Our involvement with our clients do not end with the resolution of the claim.
