Client was rearended in vehicular accident with less than $700 damage to his vehicle. Client had neck and back pain at scene but did not treat at ER. Client had pre-existing cervical degenerative disc ... disease. Client eventually had cervical surgery. Jury returned verdict in excess of $750,000 (which was more than 7 times the offer by defendant). I was able to achieve justice for my client after 4 years of litigation.
