I was the Trustee in the following case, not Debtors' counsel. The Debtors in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy objected to the Trustee's attempt to sell their interest in a parcel of non-homestead real property ... on the basis that the Debtor had an opportunity to sell the property themselves free and clear of liens, thus resulting in a fresher start to the Debtors.
