OUTCOME: During the jury trial, the Court granted Defendants' Motion for Judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 50 and Defendants obtained a judgment of $1,200,000 on their counterclaim. Plaintiffs took nothing on their claims.

Plaintiffs alleged claims of trade dress infringement, trade dress dilution, violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and common law unfair competition against the De ... fendants. The Defendants filed a counterclaim against the Plaintiffs for breach of contract. I was part of the trial team that represented the Defendants.
