Client arrested for DUI Manslaughter. The Client was involved in a tragic motorcycle v. construction worker accident which resulted in a fatality. Client suffered sever brain injury, was in a comma, ... partially paralized and permanantly disabled. The State sought the mandatory minimum of 15 years prison. After 5 years of competency evaluations, the Court Granted the Defense Motion to Dimiss all charges against the Defendant.
