The Petitioner/Mother wrongfully attempted to disestablish paternity - a vessel unequivocally utilized by Fathers who are trying to avoid their child support obligation in FL - merely to spite the Resp ... ondent/Father. No precedent case law in FL. After discovering persuasive case law from other jurisdictions on this novel issue, we prevailed on a Motion to Dismiss.
