Trial court dismissed a modification of child support petition for lack of jursidiction. Original judgment entered in Pennsylvania; Mother and children had moved to Florida in 2001; Father had moved ... to Oregon in 2000. Neither party nor any child resided in Pennsylvania. Father filed to modify child support in Florida, children's home state, in 2006. Father appealed dismissal to 5th DCA and won on appeal. Case is currently on remand.
