Glaspey, of The Marion Law Firm, in Ocala, Florida, were successful in obtaining a defense verdict in a trip and fall accident that happened outside of a res ... taurant in Zephyrhills, Florida, on Mother’s Day. The Plaintiff was a 98 year old woman who suffered a broken hip when her 72 year old daughter tripped and fell, landing on her. The Plaintiff’s attorney asked the jury for reimbursement of medical bills and an additional $10,000 per day for the pain and suffering of the 98 year old Plaintiff. After a three day trial and about an hour of deliberations, the jury rendered a verdict for the defendant.
