Case involved the removal/appointment of a Trustee by the trust beneficiaries. Former Trustee refused to deliver trust assets to Successor Trustee claiming that successor Trustee overstepped their aut ... hority in directing the manner and timing of the asset transfer. I was successful in representing the Successor Trustee at the Trial Court on a motion for summary judgment. The Former Trustee took appeal to Florida's 4th District Court of Appeal, and I was successful in getting the decision affirmed.
