We represented the plaintiff, Mrs. Lugo in a personal injury lawsuit in which she was involved in a motor vehicle accident. She sustained injuries to her shoulder. The insurance company would only of ... fer her $4000 for her injuries. We did not accept the offer and forced the case to trial. At trial we proved that Mrs. Lugo was not at fault and did sustain her injuries as a result of the car accident.
