OUTCOME: Final judgment in favor of my client. The Court also entered a $294,000 sanction award against the plaintiff. The plaintiff appealed the sanction award and the final judgment, and we prevailed on the appeal as well.

Complex commercial litigation regarding the manufacture of nutraceuticals. The claim against my client was for damages in excess of $40,000,000, based on allegations of breach of contract and breach o ... f warranty.
